HOW TO BUY OR SELL A (SOLD OUT) TICKET
Important. Like really very important.
Skip the scams. Never buy a ticket via social media, auction sites or shady resale platforms. Don’t fall for 'hey, I can’t make it after all” or 'hi, I’ve got a spare ticket.' Huuuuuuge scam potential. Offers from abroad? Red flag.

Looking for a (sold-out) ticket?
- Starting July 30, head to the official Ticket Meet-up Page to search for a Pukkelpop ticket.
Heads up: lots of seekers, not many tickets. - Click I’M LOOKING FOR A TICKET, pick the one you want. You’ll instantly see what’s available and the prices. A €16 service fee is added on top of the ticket price – paid by the buyer.
- Found one? Click. Still available? You’ll be sent straight to checkout. You’ve got 15 minutes to complete your order.
- The old ticket gets cancelled, the new one lands in your inbox.
- Need the fine print? Check the resale terms & conditions.
Selling your ticket?
- From July 23, you can request a link to sell your ticket.
- Important: only the original buyer (a.k.a. the person who placed the order) can resell.
You decide the price - minimum €20, max = original price. - Once the ticket is correctly registered, a link will be sent to the email address used to buy it.
Activate the link and your ticket goes live. - Want to remove it again? You can, 24 hours after activation. Removed a ticket? The person whose name is on it can just use it again. Want to relist at a new price? Go for it.
Don’t activate the link? Nothing changes. Ticket stays valid. - From July 30, all activated tickets will be up for grabs.
- Ticket sold? You’ll be notified immediately. Your refund is triggered automatically (can take 1–4 business days). The original order is cancelled. Recycling Deposit refund goes to the new buyer.
- Posting your ticket on the Ticket Meet-up Page is free. The new buyer pays the €16 service fee.
- Ticket not sold? Your ticket’s still valid for the original name.
- Need more info? Check the fine print.
You want to change the name on your ticket?
Skip the scams. Only use this if you're switching names with someone you 200% trust – a friend, neighbour, or other real-life human being. Socials or resale sites? Don’t get played by the 'omg resits' or 'anyone want my ticket?' types. All real tickets are listed on the official Ticket Meet-up Page. Still unsure? Ask us: servicedesk@pptickets.be
- Name changes can be requested online from July 30.
- It costs €16 – paid by the original buyer (the one who placed the order).
- The original buyer stays in charge of the ticket. All updates, emails, and Recycling Deposit refunds go through them. They’ll update the name and send the ticket to the new user.
- That’s why it’s key to only buy a ticket from someone you actually know.
